With the reversal of Roe v. Wade, some of our patients have asked us whether the ruling will affect their fertility treatments

Currently, we are not aware of any proposed changes to state law that would restrict access to IVF or the freezing and storage of embryos. That said, we are working closely with our colleagues at Ovation, ACOG, ASRM and RESOLVE to monitor any state action or proposed legislation that might impact access to fertility treatment. We will keep you informed of any changes and share updates as they become available.
