We’re proud to partner with Linqcare for behavioral health resources and mental health support. A dedicated and experienced counselor is ready to help you as you navigate your path to parenthood.

For in-person support, we use The Cabin Counseling Center in Zionsville to provide services to patients going through infertility treatment. The Cabin has several therapists on staff with special training in the physical and emotional aspects of infertility. In addition, Deidre Rausch, Ph.D., LMFT, executive director of The Cabin, sees patients in our Carmel office every other Wednesday. Let us assist you in improving communication, dealing with family and friends, processing emotions, and evaluating treatment options as you wade through the infertility journey.

We have partnered with MediCopy to fulfill your Release of Information requests. MediCopy is fully HIPAA compliant and adheres to all state and federal regulations concerning release of medical information. To request your medical records please fill out the Authorization for the Release of Medical Records form using one of the options above.
Patients can request copies of their medical records at no cost, but delivery fees apply for postage! Please provide an email address on the authorization to expedite the process and delivery method. Records sent via email or to another provider are complimentary. Requests are completed within two (2) business days after receipt by MediCopy.

Nutritional Counseling
Physical and mental health go hand-in-hand. Renee Tilt, RD, CSP, a registered dietitian, is available to assist our clients in nutritional wellness. Renee has several years of experience working with individuals who struggle with diet-related issues including weight loss/gain, eating disorders, diabetes, high cholesterol, food allergies, and gastrointestinal disease. Renee is eager to tailor a nutrition plan based on your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
