Dr. Antero was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and completed her medical training in the United States. She attended medical school at the University of Virginia and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut. Following this, she pursued a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Antero is proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Her interests include long-distance running, reading, following sports, and spending quality time with her son, Luke, and her husband, Jason. She shares, “It is a privilege to assist patients in realizing their dream of parenthood. Participating in their journey is immensely gratifying and motivates me to consistently provide the highest quality care for my patients.”
